Shipment policies

BAKKUK has fees for shipping according to the place of delivery (in Colombia) and the price and / or quantity of items. These rates have the option of free delivery if the place of delivery is a main city (to see which cities are considered top click here)
The rates are as follows:

  • If your purchase is of two garments or more, the shipment is free if your destination is a main city, if the destination is not a major city (redirect) the shipment will have an increase depending on the place of destination.
  • If your purchase is greater than 200,000 COP, shipping is free if your destination is a main city, if the destination is not a major city (redirect) the shipment will have an increase depending on the place of destination.
  • If your purchase is only for a garment of less than 200,000 COP, the shipping cost is 3,500 COP if the place of delivery is a main city, if not, the cost is according to the place of destination.
  • Bakkuk only makes shipments within the Colombian territory and in the municipalities corresponding to the drop-down list of delivery place (Municipality).

FORMS OF SHIPPING

Through the SENDER , your order will be delivered to the place requested.
It is possible to track the shipment through the platforms of the shipping service provider, Which is done by means of a tracking number that will be delivered when the carrier assigns one to you.

DELIVERY TIME

  • COMMON DELIVERY: STANDARD SHIPPING: 2 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS * Your order must arrive within three business days (major cities), counting from the date of order. * It is possible that some non-main cities shipments may take a little longer than indicated.
    * Delivery is only on business days.
  • For orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the delivery time will be extended by 1 or 2 working days.

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

  • Orders are only shipped on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Colombia.
  • We do not deliver to PO boxes.
  • Due to logistical difficulties in shipping to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and / or apply additional terms and conditions to that order (including, without limitation, the condition that each order reaches A minimum amount). TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track your order by accessing your order history in My Account. Go to the order details you want to follow and hit the tracking number in the "Details" column. Here you will access the carrier's website, where you can find the most up-to-date information.

Please note that until the carrier updates their systems with the information of your order, you will not be able to follow it through the web. Therefore, you may not have follow-up information when we provide you with the tracking link the day after you placed the order. However, carriers usually update the information one day after the link is sent to you, so if you do not already have the information, try again later.
