If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our satisfaction guarantee will ensure that you receive a refund. Just follow the instructions in this section.

OUR GUARANTEE WITH YOU

Our satisfaction guarantee is unconditional. If you feel the Bakkuk products you purchased on our website do not meet your needs (subject to normal wear), return your order and you will receive a refund.

If not a 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return Bakkuk purchases made within 30 days. All packages should be sent back with our logistics provider (FedEx).

RETURN POLICY

You can return your Bakkuk goods purchased in our online store within 30 days of receiving them and we will refund the full price. If the return is made outside this period or the item has been used, spoiled or not sent back in its original packaging, Bakkuk cannot accept the return and will not refund the payment. Clothing returns will only be accepted if the original labeling has not been removed.

When returning an item, you should consider all products purchased in the same order you want to return. If requesting a second return of the same order Bakkuk reserves the right to accept or reject the second application.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Bakkuk does not allow product changes. If you want to change a product, you must return your purchase requesting a refund and place a new order. You can only receive a refund for a return if it is done according to our return policy. The refund of the purchase will be by deposit to your bank account.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Quality is fundamental for Bakkuk. We test our products thoroughly under real conditions to ensure they are fully capable of withstanding the uses for which they were designed. It is extremely rare that our products are damaged or defective.
Bakkuk's quality control department will inspect returned products; if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or if the product does not meet factory specifications, product cost will be refunded. We pledge to reimburse the full cost of defective products.
If the problem is due to other reasons than the quality of material or production, we will return the original product to you. We do not refund products:

  • If they were not purchased at www.bakkuk.com
  • If they have been damaged due to misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustics, open fire, heat, sharp objects, etc.)
  • If they have been damaged by misuse or by activities other than the intended purpose.


The lifespan of any Bakkuk product depends on its particular use, conditions of use and wear patterns characteristic of the user. Products damaged by use and normal wear and tear or those that have exceeded the reasonable product lifespan will not be replaced.

PRODUCT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To return a product, follow these instructions:

  • Contact our customer service team to start your product return process. They will tell you if your request is approved according to our return policy.
  • If your request is approved, we will schedule to pick up the product at the address you specify. Make sure to put items in their original packaging and that all items of clothing or footwear bear the original labels.
  • Before calling our customer service line, make sure you have the following information ready:
    Order number
    Date of order
    Pick-up address
    Phone number
    Preferred pick-up date

REFUNDS

The time your return is in transit is beyond our control, although once received we will process it as quickly as possible. Therefore, we will need at least 14 calendar days to receive and process your return. Although Bakkuk will refund the money within 10 calendar days from the time the return is processed, your bank (Redeban / Credibanco) can take up to 25 days to process and make your payment. In total the reimbursement can take up to 59 calendar days after our customer service department receives your call. Once we have received the returned products and processed the request, we will notify you by e-mail. We will refund the total value of the products. The refund will be made using the same form of payment as the original purchase.
